Ingredients:
2cups Oats
1/4cup Oat bran or wheat bran
4Tbsp Brown Sugar
1Tbsp Coconut Oil
2tsp Cinnamon
1/4cup Dried Cranberries
1/4cup chopped Walnuts
1/4cup shredded Coconut
2-3Tbsp Chia seeds
Recipe:
Mix the first 5 ingredients (oats, oat bran, cinnamon, brown sugar, coconut oil) in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on High for 2minutes, then stir
Microwave on High again for ~1.5min and stir.
Let cool, and then add the remaining ingredients (dried fruit, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and chia seeds)
Store in an air tight container and enjoy your healthy delicious morning breakfast or mid-day snack with some milk or yogurt and fresh banana slices!
